Reliance Jio Infocomm — problem with my newly activated sim

The balance in data plan gets exhausted immediately on renewal every 24 hours of my newly activated sim even though i don't use it. I have informed over phone as well as in the form form of written complaint to [protected]@jio.com. However, the problem is not yet solved. I have also sent the screen shot over mail but to no avail. The matter may be looked into.
