I've recharged my jio number yesterday from jio website but it has not been recharged yet and my amount rs 149 has been taken from my account. So i need either the amount to be refunded or my number to be recharged. I can provide you the necessary proof if needed please reply me asap.. I didn't expect this from jio. The response is extremely the worst. I've tried contacting your agent but it's all in vain. This not at all fair. I am going change the network if the same continues to happen. I need a solution for my problem.
