I am a customer of jio. I recharged my jio no. — with 399 nearly 1 month back, but it was declined as my friend has recharged my no. Already. I didn`t received my money back until now. I made a call to the customer care but they didn`t solved my problem. The transaction id. Of the recharge is 'ju[protected]'.
I request my back as it was declined. The customer care said that i will receive the money with in one month but it hasn`t happened.
