[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge amount deducted but plan not received

I had recharged for the 599/- pack on 1st august through yono app. The plan is not yet activated and my call services was suspended. I had to recharge again through myjio app.
Kindly look into the problem and refund the deducted amount of 599/-
