[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge failed but money not reverted | |||
I made jio recharge of 399 on "25/09/2017, 21:36:27" through online jio.com site. Transaction was declined with the reference no "br0000ecwm51". But money was not reverted to my account. When i contacted the jio customer care, there response is to contact the bank for it. And the bank clearly replied that money got deducted with jio and raise the complaint there itself. When transaction declines its the responsibility of jio to revert money. Why should i go after bank and everything, if they are not capable of doing it, then why they are providing the online service at all. And the people working in the jio customer care are sense fellows i guess. They not even bothered to help customers at all. Am not the first guy who is facing this issue there are many with same problem for whom the money is not reverted. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 27, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Some of the customer care employees looks like dumb and they don't have knowledge of the process.Because of such people we are facing issues.
This time my customer care call connected to right person. She has taken the correct inputs and provided the right suggestion to followup and resolved the issue. Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
