Dear Sir, my Jio no is [protected]. I have made a recharge of Rs 399 for this no on 22 Feb at about 20:09 hours and the transaction was successful (TO TRANSFER INB Reliance Jio Infocom BILL_REJIOI Payments LSBI[protected]IGACYXPAX2 399.00 ) I registered a complaint on 23 Feb at about 11:00 with service request no SR00000I2K57 and the same complaint has been closed stating no valid reason. I made another recharge on No [protected] on 24 Feb and this has been charged successful. 22-Feb-2018. Today I have again charged the same no ([protected]) and it is also successful transaction. (26-Feb-2018- TO TRANSFER INB Reliance Jio Infocom BILL_REJIOI Payments LSBI[protected]IGACZMXXJ5 399.00 Till now I have not been given any confirmation about the amount which I made recharged on 22 Feb.
