I recharged my Jio number from MY JIO application, and did my payment from a third party payment gateway application. At that time another plan was active on my number so my current plan got in cue. Now my previous plan is over but the new plan isn't getting activated. I tried to contact JIO customer care, but couldn't find any solutions. My day-to-day media consumptions are getting interrupted heavily.
N. B:- My plan was bought for one year, so I'm worried a bit if it doesn't get activated. I hope I'll get solutions regarding this issue quickly. Thank you. Was this information helpful? |
