Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge not done whereas gpay showing successful transaction

Hi, i m rohit jain and have done recharge for [protected] with 2020 jio plan on 8 january 2020 from gpay, in receipt it’s showing amount has been credited to jio same in bank statement, but when i call jio customer care they are saying they didn’t got any payment.
