Reliance Jio Infocomm — Recharge not working

I had recharged my Jio number two dies prior to it's current plans expiry with Rs 349.
When it did not give me internet, I recharged it again on the day of expiry for Rs 349(This time with Rs 50 voucher).
On both times I got a message from SBI that the payment has been done.
But it still shows that I haven't recharged.
Please resolve this.
