I got this summer surprsise offer notification and i opened myjio to do the recharge and i selected to pay via jiomoney and the transaction was successful but my number was not recharged with the offer. Upon lodging the complaint they told me to wait for 2 days and after that another 2 days. Just now i called the customer care and they say my number was not recharged and amount will be refunded in 7-10days.
My point is they took money at instant for which they were unable to do the recharge and now after 3days of calls following up and torture they say they will refund my money within 7-10 days for which they took 1sec to get.
If jio has the money (I have transaction id and same was provided to them) why didn't they completed the recharge
