I have made a recharge using my jio application on 12/02/18. The money got deducted from my account but has not yet been credited to my number. The employees are not very helpful with it. Return back the money since the payment was successful from the bank. The payment was done using bhim application. I have contacted my bank and they say that the payment was successful from the bank's end. I also contacted jio officials but they have not received the money and they say i must've recharged on some other number. How is it possible that i must've recharged some other number when there is only one number registered on the application. Your technological issues are not my concern. Especially not when they cost me money. Get this resolved asap.
