On 19th august i went to your digital express office and ask them to do recharge of my jio num of 399. He asked num from me and note it down in his recharge record maintaining book and collected 399 rupees from me and told me the recharge will be done in 2 min and i left after it.
But after 2 min i didn't receive any recharge message so i waited it for the whole day as i as was busy in some other work.
Next day i again went to digital express shop and they told me due to some technical problem your recharge was unable to process it will be done in next 2 days.
So i again waited for 2 days and again went to the shop and ask what happen.
Then they told me the recharge cannot be refunded as 3 days already passed.
I ask them to show me there recharge record book of date 19 august.
The mistake he did is the num noted down by him was not mine instead of 9 he wrote there 8 and did someone else recharge he didn't ask my name or took my sign for verification of that num. Due to your employee mistake i lost my 399 rupees so i request plse refund or either recharge for it. Or i will put a fir of it doing fraud. Was this information helpful? |
