Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge successful but not activated

Address:Jamnagar, Gujarat, 361008

I have done recharge for prime jio user for rs. 75 (Validity 28 days) on 21/01/2020 08:53 am on mobile no. [protected] from i mobile app.

Recharge is successful and amount is also deducted from bank. However, plan is not activated, no message is received from jio operator.

Plz do the needful.
