I have done ₹448 recharge on [protected] and got add on 2gb data/day. My current plan was about to expire today eve. I redeemed add on voucher. My new recharge doesn't activated automatically and add on validity stuck to old plan. Customer care response was worst. I just want to understand the matter and renew the validity of add on to upcoming plan as it is quite obvious that as if my current plan was about to expire after few hours and that's why i have recharged my number, so why the company has added add on data to old plan which is about to expire inspite of the fact that my old plan which is about to expire has 2gb add on. No help being done by customer care. I'm totally disheartened by this.
