Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharged my no. got the transaction confirmation from bank but no confirmation from mobile company.

I've recharged my jio no. [protected]
On 9th june 2020 during 0930 hrs. I used the my jio app for the purpose of convenience and the payment was done through debit card. The amount was rs. 349. When the transaction was completed i got the confirmation from bank on my another phone (The one linked to the bank) but there was no confirmation on my jio no.
