Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharged through sbi reward but till today reached has not been completed

I have recharged jio number [protected] on 2nd April, 2019 through SBI Rewards. My balance from the SBI Rewards was deducted but till today no recharge has been done on the same number. My payment status was successful. I m herewith attaching the payment status file. May I know why my recharge has not been done even after deducting my balance. Who's fault is this.
