This was against recharging of mobile number [protected]. Dr suryya kanta rana. Recharge was successful. But still i do not get confirmation. I am getting a message of recharging. Please help me.

I have Recharged JIO mobile number [protected] for Rs 99. With this recharge you can call unlimited for 28 days.I could not make any call nowJIO company neither refunding amount nor giving service for which I have been recharged.
