We took JIO Fiber connection in Jan 2022 with 6months plan and due to bad service made a request for disconnection on June 30, 2022. Ideally, I was expecting a refund for 850/- . They mentioned that their engineer will visit and collect the modem device and initiate the refund. We raised almost 5 to 6 service request and it is more than 2.5 months. None of their engineer visit for modem collection and refund is not done.
Every time we are reaching customer care, they opened a service request which they promise to address next day but no one respond. It is happening for long. Was this information helpful? |
