Reliance Jio Infocomm — Refund bout my money | |||||
Hello My service request number is sr[protected]. I had recharged through jio money app (A/c - [protected]) on 7th april 2017. The app shows recharge is successful but as per customer care executive, the recharge wasn't take place. So he gave me assurance that my money will be refunded within 48 hours.
