Reliance Jio Infocomm — refund not processed

I have recharged mobile from My Jio App for 555 amount on 12th April
Transaction was initiated at 12:41 and payment was made at 12:45 PM using UPI. Bank is saying they have successfully processed the money to merchant but Jio is saying they have decline the transaction.

Transaction was made using UPI and I am pretty sure that amount was transferred to [protected]@hdfcbank but they have not refunded.

I have tried to mail and call to Jio support but never get response from them.

Please help..
