Reliance Jio Infocomm — Refund of failed transaction | |||
This is very pathetic to use jio money app for any type of transaction.I made a jio recharge of 402 on 8th April 2017 which was not successful.At the same time money got deducted from account. Txn Id:[protected] Till date no refund has been made. Tried contacting customer care through call and email but no response. It took 2.working days to make refund but it has been a week but they have not refunded my money... Please help me in getting the refund from these thieves. Was this information helpful? | |||
