Reliance Jio Infocomm — refund of online transaction from my jio app

I intended to recharge my reliance jio number [protected] on 6/11/2017 from my jio app. While recharging my transaction got failed at the end moment and money too got deducted from my bank account number. I waited for few days as i thought that the deducted money will be refunded back into my account. But after waiting for so many days i didn't got my money back till date. I also contacted my nearest central bank of india branch and they said that it is in the hands of the app, s company through which i recharged and so i should contact them.
