We have on 18 th June 2022 on line through SBI Yonolite made payment of Rs.2399 towards recharge plan of Jio.Our account is debited on the same date n Oxigen services account credited . However jio did not activated the plan.They said we have not received the amount . They told contact banker . After taking with the banker they have resolved issue saying Id successfully processed to your merchant.Under circumstances we have taken up with jio services through email.We are vigorously following up with SBI, Jio care, Oxigen services but invain.
We therefore once again request you to refund Rs.2399 immediately to avoid further action. Was this information helpful? |
