I had cancelled this subscription and received the deposit cheque of rs. 2500/-, but my name is spelt incorrectly on the cheque. I notified the customer service on 5th june 2019.
They asked me to send a copy of my aadhar card, to verify my name, which i did promptly. Please note that they had used my aadhar card for kyc of my application, so it was a human error on their part to capture my name incorrectly on their system.
I have been following up with customer service since june 2019, but they just give some excuse but not addressing my concern. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? |
