[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Refund of security deposit for postpaid sim card post disconnection.

Hi, my name is Ritwi Rai Dutta. I took my Reliance Jio postpaid connection in the month of April 2022 and I surrendered the phone number in the month of September 2022. During the purchase of the sim card Jio associates told me I need to submit Rs. 500 as security deposit and it will be refunded back post disconnection but despite being disconnected they are not refunding my amount which was deposited. And also I have cleared all the dues so I am eligible for the full refund of Rs. 500. My the then phone number was [protected]. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
