Reliance Jio Infocomm — refunding of money on failed recharge

I have recharged my two jio numbers of Rs 399 with transaction ID BR0000GKNDO0 & BR0000GKNK4V through retailer Nikita Studio Kolar road Bhopal MP. The recharge on one of the number was failed but the amount was deducted from the account. On calling on JioCustomer Care, they said that the amount will be received within 4 to5 days. It has been more than 3 weeks but the amount has still not been received in the account according to the retailer. I am attaching a photo with the complaint. Kindly look into this matter and refund the amount.
