I have paid rs. 303.00 to retailer for recharge of my subject jio phone no. [protected] on dt. 30/03/2017, but message received that transaction has been declined & my phone didn't recharge, more over money not refunded to me till date. Retailer not returning my failed transaction money & saying that he do not receive back any money.in this whole episode i have lost my hard earned money.
I am requesting you pl. Arrange to return my money or provide the complete details of transaction taken place in the bank account of retailer & provide all the messages sent to his phone number regarding payment failure & money return. Since i am unable to recharge my phone for further use, this type of cheating practice by the retailer's may earning the bad name to your company. Was this information helpful? |
