Jio fibernet very bad service.internet down frequently.no quick action from them.first internet was down 2 days before and service engineer came after 1 and half day and resolved it.internet down again after some time and no actions from them.customer care numbers and email ids also not responding.its like prepaid system and waste of money.They are not refunding money or disconnecting it or no service engineer assigned.assigning service engineer takes almost one day.such a pathetic service.
First internet down on 5.1.2021 at 9 p.m
Engineer came on 7.1.2021 at 4 p.m
Internet restored at 7 p.m
