This is to grab attention to some of the matters that I find difficult to accept which I had undergone for past few days i have installed jiofiber device in Jan 2023 which woked good for two months while installing jiofiber technician has not properly installed the cable he just put a knot on the near by dish antenna and connected modem at that time itself i told the technician to properly align the cable but he never mind my words
Last month (March) suddenly there is no connection of Wi-Fi i raised a request and same technician came and inspected the cable and found the cable has been bent which he has put a knot while installing
After that i raised a request in customer service to change the cable line to align properly but without my knowledge technician came and changed modem which worked well after installation of the new modem for the past few days the coverage area is reduced at my home and 2.4 GHz signal is not available which is connected to most of my smart home devices
Now the modem restarts automatically every few hours
I again raised a request to solve the problem but the technician who came for inspection asked me RS 1200 for installing Wi-Fi extender at my cost even the Wi-Fi signal quality is poor within 15 feet range
is it my fault because of the poor connectivity of your modem I'm unable to use my smart home device's installed at my home which needs 2.4 GHz band
Even though I raised complaint for more than ten times no response is from your side
Previously installed modem has arcadyan as mac vendor which is good
But the one installed now is servercom india is very poor
