Reliance Jio Infocomm — regarding jio mobile number is still not activated

I have purchased 2 Jio mobile with 2 sim cards on 30/10/2017 one sim card is activated ([protected]) and another mobile ([protected]) is still not activated. Due to negligence of the company's employees it is still not activated.
So kindly take necessary action
