Reliance Jio Infocomm — regarding network problem

My home address is
Near mohanpur postoffice, mohanpur bazar, po - mohanpur, ps - sidhai, pin 799211. West tripura

Above mentioned address we are not able to get jio network, but the jock is the jio tower is within 200meters. Last 1.5years, from the begining of jio services we are not able to use jio. Please do the nescessary action so that we can take the jio services without any problem...

So many times we have requested the authority and other jio service holders but the result or outcome is zero. Kindly sort out the problem.
