Reliance Jio Infocomm — Regarding refund of failed recharge | |||||
I've recharged for my jio number using jio money app, 303 offer with 50 discount, but amount of 253 has been deducted from my account. I once more recharged, but the same, transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I've called their customer care, but response. Similarly i've emailed [protected]@jiomoney.com and also to another email, which is shown in their website. Till now no body has contacted me regarding the refund issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
