Reliance Jio Infocomm — regarding the bad quality mobile handset product and dissatisfactory service | |||
I have purchased jio mobile in january and from the date of purchase i have been getting problems in the handset and every time i am facing a new problems with the handset. Raised many request and got replacements of the mobile thrice but even then the service of the product is not good and also the issues are not getting corrected well by service centre executives. I have raised my complaints and concerns for the issues i faced in mobile handset of jio but they have been neglecting my issues and after a prolong argument and raising complaints about the device and service they are forced to resolve my issues due to negligence in providing service to consumers. Kindly look into the issue and resolve the issue of my handset in getting refund for the bad service rendered and faulty device performance issue for the good purchased from reliance jio infocomm ltd. Bad service ingnorance in handing issues and bad customer service for the products purchased. Was this information helpful? | |||
