Reliance Jio Infocomm — regarding the issue of our location's network and net connectivity

I have a issue with our location's network and internet. It runs at a speed of only 05-10 kbps of my jio 4g. The internet goes very slow. I think such as i run a 2g network and also happens call drops. I had lodged a complaint against it by two times by phone call from my jio prepaid no. [protected]. But no one able to resolve my problem. Pls solve my problem as fast as possible for which i shall be obliged. Followings are my network address.
