Reliance Jio Infocomm — Regarding unfair balance deduction | |||
Dear Sir, I did ₹303 Jio Recharge from my no. [protected] with Jio Money app. After many unsuccessful (failed) attempts on two no.s [protected] and [protected], finally recharge was successful. But after some hours when I checked the history I found total 3 transactions which were showing failed earlier became successful and ₹303 pack was activated one more time on [protected] and two more times on [protected]. I felt kind of cheated from Jio and Jio Money app as I didn't intend to recharge this pack in advance. I kindlly request you to cancel these three extra subscriptions (two on [protected] and one on [protected]) of this pack and refund my money. Regards, Anurag Mishra contact no.
