I have been experiencing incorrect data balance in regular intervals now and i have already tried contacting costumer care through their customer care option available in the jio application, but they did not provide me with enough details. All they did was copy pasting some regular answers to me which were not useful to address my complaints. I have been noticing this problem for a long time now because data usage in my phone shows very much less than what they are showing in the myjio application. I am A regular customer of jio . At starting
it was providing us a good network speed but now its netword speed is 0.0 mbps downloading speed .
