Reliance Jio Infocomm — Reliance jio / internet data plan not working & while i was complaint to customer care then my outgoing board | |||||
My Name is Vipul, Yesterday 16/05/2017 on 7:00 a.m. i was done the recharge of rs. 309 jio dhan dhana dhan scheme and plan was successfully activated also got me the message from jio but my internet connection not working so i do the 4 times calls and complain to the the customer care but they told me that your previous scheme rs.149 is running so the rs.309 scheme is pending, I am telling to them mr. chetan patel & other executive Vipul (they both are handling the call one by one regarding my complaint) my previous plan's gb has been finished so i have done the new recharge of rs.309 but my internet connection is not running while i recharge rs . 309, why it is pending ?, they both were rudely talk with me and not forwarding to call the senior person or team-leader, and they have not answering about the solution and also informing you don't have get the 84 days validity ony give 56 days validity while i am done the recharge for 84 days validity i have an message and also having advertisement in my mobile jio application. still my mobile internet and outgoing is not working please help for this. I use no-[protected] & not found regulally, this sim use in Assam, Chaygaon. already share the issue with customer care but not solved. please try to solved.
