Dear sir/madam, I bought a jio internet dongle + data sim from reliance jio branch located in nagamalai pudukottai, madurai 625021. Product details attached & branch attached. I kept on persisting for issuing a receipt for the product i bought but this branch of reliance jio is denying in issuing a receipt and moreover they are ready to give a hand written receipt. Still there is no response from both Jio Customer Care or from the branch which denied any receipt for my Jio dongle.
