Reliance Jio Infocomm — request for cancellation of recharge

I recharged my number [[protected]] for rs. 251 for 51 days through my debit card which turned out to be only the data package with no voice call facility. My phone is a basic model phone with no facility of internet and thus i will not be able to utilise the data at all. I would request either to refund the amount or transfer the same towards the voice call recharge at the earliest
