With reference to the above-said subject, we are hereby informing you that we made an agreement (With Reliance Infratel limited, now bought by Reliance Jio infocomm) for setting up the cell tower on our residential building on 21/12/2004. The validity of the agreement is for the period of twelve (12) years from the date of agreement i.e. 21/12/2004 to 20/12/2016 and now the condition of the cell tower is in that position to fall down at any point of time due to its structural severe damage. The same information has been conveyed (also photos of the structural damages were sent) to different branches of Reliance jio Infocomm across Hyderabad and was also conveyed to all the officials who were in contact with us during the agreement tenure, regarding the removal of the tower from our premises, and no action was taken so far regarding our concern. Now we are conveying to you that due to severe damage, the tower might fall at any point of time and can cause severe loss in various forms to the neighbors, our family, and other people in the neighborhood.
In view of the above consideration, we are informing you to kindly take the necessary actions, and we hope you could act accordingly as early as possible.
