Reliance Jio Infocomm — Requiring barcode before submitting application for new sim | |||||
Visited reliance JIO store today at 11.30am in Parel, mumbai on 4/3/17. the sales guy asked me to download JIO app on my phone and submit the barcode even before making an application for the same. Even after downloading the app, couldnot receive the barcode on my 4G network.the sales guy says it will come only on WiFI connection..hehehe.He asked me to log in to my home WiFi network and get back to store after getting the barcode. the point is, how can the barcode come only on WiFi and not on 4G, and the store should have been more helpful in getting a new connection rather than acting like a government enterprise.
