Recharge done by me 8th april two customer [protected]/[protected] but rc cancel msg come to customer after 4 days, now i am retailer balance not refund on my demo but for customer satisfaction i done another rc same amount after few days & many time contact to your customer care service whose pick call time after 20 mint but not give satisfy reply. Now i need proper details

Updated by Sharwan Patel Dear sir two jio sim recharge [protected]/[protected] done by me on 8 th April & received successful msg in my jio I'd but on 11th April 2017 customer complain that recharge reject, i try to confirm many time from customer care, but no response & i again done same recharge. Now no refund my prev balance & no any response given by customer care
