I asked for Jio Fiber connection cancellation on Mar 28th, 2019. According to Jio customer care, it takes two months from the date of cancellation for them to process the refund of the security deposit given for the router (Rs 4500) at the time of installation.
Now, it's been two and a half months and nobody has showed up to pick up the router. Without router pick up, they cant process the refund. I have raised multiple requests about pick up on call and emails. Every time I get a response like engineer will visit, we have escalated the issue. Please be patient.
Also, there is no other way to give them the router back. I am clueless to what I could do.
I asked for another router installation and the engineer came instantaneously. He also did not want to pick up my router as he said he is only supposed to do the installation and not take anything back.
I am fed up with calling multiple times. I do not know what to do anymore. Please advice. Was this information helpful? |
