I was enquiring about my data pack to support agent named mohammed muzzamil.
Without any prior message i received a message that 100% of my data pack is used but i haven't. Then i received a call from [protected] and was asked to tell my problem. Then support agent was rude, was talking in a harsh tone and uncooperative. He was ill mannered and had an adamant attitude while he was on phone.
He was arguing with me rather than solving my problem.
I had not received any prior notification regarding 50% of data pack has been used.
Straight forward i received a message regarding 100% data has been used. My internet was off the whole night and in the morning i received that message. Was this information helpful? |
