Reliance Jio Infocomm — Sales wrong Commitment


Hi Team,

I had JIO fiber connection for last two years with the register mob number [protected], and in the month of November sales guy Aakash called me [protected] and gave me sales offer that please disconnect your current connection and take 3 months plan and you will get benefits of 2 months free. So I disconnected my connection with the mob number [protected] and took new connection with [protected]. This package should be valid from Nov 19th 2022 to Feb 20th 2023 and along with free two months it is valid till April 20th.

But now I am getting reply from the customer care team that the voucher is expired at Sep 2022 itself and there is free benefits you will get and you have to make the payment to resume the connection. Also sales manager (Mob num - [protected]) lethargically saying you cannot do anything against us go raise complaint.

I am without internet for last two days. I need proper investigation made to the Jio fiber team and I need two months free benefit asap.
