I have Taken a JioFiber connection on my mobile number with the Service ID[protected] in August 2019. Paid 2500 as a security deposit. In December 2019 I requested them for the deactivate the connection. The connection was deactivated after 10 days & they have collected WiFi router taken my bank details for processing the refund. But till now the refund not happened. I called customer care multiple times, also submitted the cancelled cheque and bank details online/mails but no response. Whenever I gave call to customer care there are giving new a ticket for reference.
