My number is [protected]. I was a postpaid customer and migrated to prepaid. While inquiring about security deposit refund during migration from postpaid to prepaid, it was stated that security deposit will be send as cheque to the communication address. But no cheque received so far. I wrote a mail to [protected]@jio.com regarding the issue. But no proper response.
Let me know when will i receive back security deposit 400.

Updated by Dhanalakshmy The customer support informed that refund will be send as cheque to mailing address within 60 days from transfer of postpaid to prepaid. But it has gone beyond 60 days. The transfer of postpaid to prepaid happened on 17-Aug-2017. Security deposit refund not received yet.
