Reliance Jio Infocomm — security deposit not refunded even after 7 months

Dear jio cust care,

I have converted my two postpaid connections to prepaid on oct 2017.
At that time the marketing executive told that the security deposit i paid should be refunded with in 3 months. But till date i didn't get any information regarding the same.

Kindly do the needful.

There are many unknown numbers linked to my adhar card..i have complained the jio costomer care many time..but they dont have any solutions...please file my complain...
Mob [protected] - not being allowed to make calls though I have recharged.
