It has been more than four months since I terminated my Jio postpaid account and switched to the prepaid one, their offline store executives have clearly refused to provide any type of assistance regarding the same and despite several attempts to reach out to their executives on-call or mail for support they reply with some rubbish reasons like their postpaid team is unavailable or they redirect to a website which is not working. It is unacceptable that my security money (Rs500) has not been refunded, and I am beyond frustrated with this situation. I have visited their store many times, and written tons of emails and calls, but still, after four months no action has been taken. This company's lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable, and I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint against them. I am appalled by their lack of professionalism and responsibility. I demand that they immediately refund my security deposit, and I expect to receive an apology for the inconvenience and frustration that they have caused me. Was this information helpful? |
