Hi team
I bought jio sim using eKyc method( fastest method to get jio sim activated). But my sim didn't activated in 48 hous so i called jio customer support. They told me that by mistake they have put my form in MNP ( mobile number portability) section thats why the form isn't processed. They told me that it is corrected now and sim will be activated in 48 hours after that its been 6 days and i have raised complaints three times and each time they say that sim will be activated in 48 hours still no activation is done my last complaint number is sr0000039TL1. My jio number [protected]. form submitted screenshot is attached with other details . Please help i m fed up now.
